Cancellation & Editing orders
You can cancel or edit your order before it has been shipped. Processing time is around 30 minutes. Please note that we can only edit orders during work hours: Mon-Fri from 9 am – 5 pm (Bangok)
It is crucial to double-check your email information and shipping address before checking out. We cannot edit orders once they have been shipped.
To cancel or edit an order, please send an email to [email protected] or call us +66 9 0074 0074. In the email, you must include your order number and the info you’d like to change so we can process it as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that we can edit your order before it has been shipped, so please ensure that you double-check the order details before placing the order.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can also request a refund in case you received damaged product (damaged packaging) and this damaged occurred at production stage, not during shipping. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
To become eligible to refund you will be asked to provide proof of damaged goods (photo, video or product itself)
Once we receive your item (or proof of damage), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Your refund will be credited to the credit card/bank account/payment channel account used to place the order. We do not do refunds to any other card than the one used to place the order. Refunds on goods bought by credit card must be re-credited to that same credit card. Refunds cannot be made in cash or transferred to a third party.
We will not refund any shipping costs incurred by you in receiving an order.
